| And I don't know why the IFA keep appointing NI managers. It's obvious there is only a couple of managers from NI who could do the job sucessfully (and they don't want the job). So why not give it to a talented foreign manager rather than a sub-standard manager from Northern Ireland? And they can't say it's down to money because they've got that £1M deal with Sky (which menas no-more NI matches on BBC, which pisses me off big-time. Sky were looking something like £7-£12 just to watch NI's last match!!!! And that's on top of your yearly subscription | |

| Yea but to be fair how many big managers would want the NI job, I would give it to Ian Dowie think he would be quite well Most big managers would see the NI post as a step down for them | |

| Well I'm not talking about big managers as in the likes of Alex Ferguson, Capello etc. But managers who have had experience in top flight football (in whatever league), rather than managers who have managed in the second division etc. The position Northern Ireland were in when Sanchez left was exceptional and I think a lot of the bigger managers would have taken the job (maybe on a contract until the end of the European Championships). People along the lines of Chris Coleman who has years of experience in the Premiership and with working with less capiable players than those in the opposing teams. Liverpool fell in to the same trap in the 90s. Only appoining ex-players, with resulted in the likes of Roy Evans etc managing. Thankfully they've finally seen sense and now have an excellent manager in Benitiz (if he would stop rotating his squad for every single match ) | |

| Well worthington was just a bad choice I agree dont know if Iwould of wanted Coleman lol Dnt know many managers of good calibre that are out of work that would of taken over the post and no manager would of left a prem team for us!! Yea all that rotating is cousting u's the chance of making a serious charge for the title, I think this season it will be between arsenal nad Man Utd While the mighty toon can hopefully make a charge for Euorpe | |
